Director of the Leaders Program of the Advanced Leadership Foundation, she

coordinates the actions of 600 leaders between Spain and Argentina. Caitlin holds a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish, a Masters in Public Health from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She also HOLDS a postgraduate degree in Health Promotion and Social Development from the Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Maintains the relationship with the media. She manages social networks and offers support in other planning tasks for the management of the Foundation. Alejandra studied Public Relations and Entrepreneurial Ceremonial at the Saint Jean Institute. She obtained a degree in Digital Journalism at Pompeu Fabra University. She is currently studying Social Communication at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Theatre is part of her education and training.

​Paola is in charge of directing, managing, promoting and taking responsibility for all the activities of the Advanced Leadership Foundation in Colombia, ensuring the development of the programs, communications, finance, and funds activities, jointly to achieve the goals defined by the Council of Administration for the Organization.
